TEST VERITAS Srl (hereafter TEST VERITAS) takes greatly care of all the aspects concerning its customers/users privacy. Through this page TEST VERITAS intends to describe the management of its own website (www.testveritas.it, http://progettotrieste-sales.it) with specific referral to data management and protection of those customers/users that access it. This is a general information provided to comply with the “EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)” of those accessing TEST VERITAS websites. The simple consultation of these websites, as well as the registration to the same, therefore, could imply the registration, the use, the destruction and, generally speaking the handling of personal data of identified or potentially identifiable users. The information is provided for the TEST VERITAS websites only and not for other websites the user could visit following any of the links reported.

NATURE OF COLLECTED DATA, SCOPE OF DATA HANDLING AND CONFERMENT BY THE USER

The term “data handling” refers to any operation or series of operations, performed with or without the use of automated processes and applied to personal data or bulk of personal data as the retrieval, the registration, the organization, the structuration, the conservation, the adaptation or the editing, extraction, consultation, the use, the transmission, diffusion or any other form of sharing, the comparison or connection, the limitation, the destruction or the erase (Art. 4 EU 679/2016). Inserting the data to access the present website implies their acquisition for the following purposes. The user is clearly free to choose if to provide or not its own data by filling in the dedicated forms.

Navigation Data - IT systems and the software procedures used to run this website acquire, during their routine activity, some personal data which transmission is implicit within the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to associate them with specific users profiles, but for their intrinsic nature they could, through the elaboration or the connection with third party data, allow the identification of users, and have the role, for the company, to provide anonymous statistical information on the website use.

Data voluntarily provided by the user - The facultative, explicit and voluntarily dispatch of e-mails at the e-mail addresses reported on the present website implies the acquisition of the e-mail address of the sender, necessary to reply to the request, as well as eventual other personal data reported in the e-mail. The voluntarily filling-in of the forms in the website implies the acquisition of the data of the user, archived by the company within the competent department. Specific synthetic information will be progressively reported or displayed in the website pages dedicated to on-demand services.

Website user personal data could be used to get anonymous statistical information on the website use, in order to assess the regular functioning of the same and to check for eventual responsibilities in case of crimes towards the website, TEST VERITAS or third parties. Website registration

Data will be treated in order to allow the registration to the website of the interested user and to give him access to contents related to company products. Data might be used for statistical analysis within the company and to provide business and marketing information even via e-mail. Providing the personal data marked with an asterisk is mandatory in order to get the website credentials; the consent to personal data handling for sales/marketing purposes is to be considered facultative. In any moment the user will be able to retire the consent to use its data for such purposes or to ask for the cancellation of the same data, by sending an email at privacy@testveritas.com.

CV

Spontaneously sent data or those sent in response to a job vacancy will be handled in order to allow the activities of research, selection and evaluation of human resources. The collected data will be stored for 12 months in the company digital archives; after this period the data will be destroyed. In any moment the candidate will be able to retire the consent to use its data for such purposes or to ask for the cancellation of the same data, by sending an email at privacy@testveritas.com.

IT systems and the software procedures used to run this website acquire, during their routine activity, some personal data which transmission is implicit within the use of Internet communication protocols. As a consequence, the simple access to the website implicates the acquisition, by TEST VERITAS, of data and information regarding the user. Data provisioning within the registration and job application are facultative because they are collected by the company in order to optimize its activity. Refusal to provide such data makes it impossible to provide any organizing, technical or commercial information as well as to obtain the required information.

MODALITIES OF DATA PROCESSING, COMMUNICATION AND STORAGE

Data processing concerning the website consultation take place at TEST VERITAS operative headquarter. Data will be collected will be processed in the form of written documents and/or on paper, magnetic, electronic or telematics means, with suitable tools to guarantee privacy and safety thereof in compliance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (with particular referral to Articles n. 24, 32 and 35).

Data will be treated with lawfulness, right and transparency in order to guarantee user’s privacy and rights only by personnel directly authorized by Data Controller or by Privacy Officers specifically nominated as per Art. 28 of the EU Regulation 2019/679 (list available at Data Controller).

In particular, the “registered” users data will be provided to third party subjects that provide goods/services available on the website as well as to third party subjects that make statistical analysis within the purposes above mentioned. This communication will be made either towards subjects on the Italian territory or towards subjects placed in foreign countries within the European Union. Furthermore, data can be provided to other subjects TEST VERITAS delegates for the website maintenance and under his surveillance.

No collected personal data on the website will be diffused. No profiling activity is performed.

Personal data users provide within their requests of information are used to provide the required service for the only amount of time necessary to the purpose they are collected for.

Furthermore, under Art. 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, the user has the right to ask for correction, deletion (right to be forgotten), limitation of handling, notification in case of correction or deletion of personal data or limitation of handling, data portability, anonymous transformation or the block of the data handled under law infringement, or to oppose for lawful reasons to their handling.
